Relationships, Threats, and Resolutions:
- Chaos’ relationship with other city-states is neutral for the most part. There may be few conflicts with city-states that envy the rich trading ports in Chaos. Also, it is possible that Athens would see Chaos as a threat because of their similar (Democratic) beliefs and their ability to trade with multiple city-states.
- Conflicts would be resolved by trying to peacefully create resolutions with foreign city-states. However, if there is no peaceful resolution, Chaos’ military will become involved, which can cause wars if the president formally declares it.
- There always has to be military within the city-state, just to ensure that there are no major conflicts rising at trading ports. The military forces in Chaos’ are not as large as other city-states’. They are located mostly on the coast since we are protected by mountains, and near the capital in case of a threat such as Athens, and our strength lies within our navy from experience with the sea.
- The military is composed of people 17 and older and they are required to serve for a minimum of 4 years and can serve until age 30.
