Architecture:
- However, most of the architecture displayed in the Polis is peaceful. The style used for the architecture within the Polis is Doric. The Doric style is plainer than the the Ionic and Corinthian style, however, Chaos used this style since architects would have been influenced by other city-states that used this style, like Athens. Main buildings within the Polis used Doric style columns to uphold their main buildings. Also, religious sanctuaries, theaters, and the city meeting buildings, all had decorative designs on them that showed images of the Gods or historical events in the Polis.
Art:
- Some artwork found on walls throughout the Polis are primitive because they date back to when the Polis was first founded. This type of artwork shows how the city-state was developed—it is this city-state's’ background history.
- The art within the Polis also represents peaceful things. Some sculptures in the Polis are of the two patron Gods of Chaos—Poseidon and Hephaestus, and another sculpture in the Polis is of the two founding friends of Chaos standing side-by-side overlooking the Polis’ land. Also, one sculpture represents the God Hephaestus showing an ordinary man how to forge tools. The pottery in the Polis is well crafted and have painted images of the ocean, tragedies (plays), citizens helping each other and the forging of tools for trade painted on them.
